1. CHILDREN POLICY:

• Children under age of 6(maximum of 02 children per villa, maximum of 01 children per bungalow) will be entitled to stay free with parents with existing bed (without extra bed) and free of charge with breakfast.
• Children from 6 to under 12 years old (maximum of 02 child per villa & 01 child per bungalow) will be entitled to stay free with parents using existing bed (without extra bed) but will be charged for breakfast at VND300,000net/person/night.
• Children from age of 12 will be charged as adult with an extra bed at VND750,000net/person/night (includes breakfast). Maximum 01 extra bed/villa

III. RESERVATION PROCEDURES

• All reservation requests made by The Partner must be in writing, either by facsimile or email and subject to written confirmation by the Resort either by facsimile or email.

1. CHECK – IN/CHECK – OUT

• The Hotel check – out time is 12:00 noon and check – in time is 14:00.
• Late check-out and early check in are subject to availability with the following charges
  • Early check – in between 10:00 – 14:00 or late check-out up to 15:00will be applied 30% room charge of the check – in/check – out night. (Except for Peak season & weekend are subject to availability).
  • Early check – in before 06:00 or late check-out after 18:00 will be applied one night room charge of the check – in/check – out night. (Except for Peak season & weekend are subject to availability)
  • Early Check-in from 6:00 am or late check-out (from 15-18h) will be applied 50% room charge of the check – in/check – out night.. (Except for Peak season & weekend are subject to availability)

 

1. CANCELATION/AMENDMENT POLICY: Cancellation should be notified in writing to the Resort by The Partner prior to the Cut – off Date (COD). Any notification after Cut – off Date, a late cancellation charge will be applied as follows:

For any other shortened stay, reduced room quantity because of unexpected emergency reason, and/or any other booking amendment will be applied suitable policy based on the time of booking, and be approved by the Resort, upon mutual agreement.

 

1. BILLING AND PAYMENT POLICIES

• All rates are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND), NET rates, inclusive of 5% Service Charge and 10% VAT. Party A reserves the right to adjust rates agreed within the contract period in the event of tax alterations by the Government and Service Charge Amendment.
• A deposit equivalent to 50% of total expenses of room charges must be received by the Resort at the Cut – off Date. The balance must be received by the Resort at the time mentioned in Booking Confirmation letter.
• The Resort reserves the right to release all rooms not guaranteed by deposit unless separate credit arrangement has been applied and agreed upon by privated contracting parties.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT is by Cash or Bank Telegraphic Transfer to the Hotel’s bank account stated below:
