FORTUNA HANOI INTRODUCES THE LONGEST MAKI AND SALMON BUFFET

In this blissful November, Fortuna Hanoi will introduce one of the most unique and gastronomic events, “Aki Matsuri” (Autumn Festival) held over four Saturday nights from 7^th to 28^th November, 6 pm – 9 pm. Guests are invited to enjoy the longest “Hanoi Maki” and discover the delicious journey to Japan at Fortuna Hanoi’s unlimited dinner buffet experience bursting with a variety of sensational salmon dishes.

Head Chef Kenji will integrate Hanoi’s signature, Bun Cha, with one of the most famous Japanese cooking techniques, Maki (rolling), to bring the longest “Hanoi Maki” of 100 meters. Guests can also explore the process of making “Hanoi Maki” through Head Chef’s performance and his on-spot cooking session.
